The Importance of Power in Sales

Power compresses deal cycles. Engaging senior decision-makers or executive sponsors early can significantly reduce the time to close a deal. These are the people who can say yes and have the authority to sign off budgets.

Without power, deals often get stuck in the middle, leading to delays or lost opportunities.

Hack: Always identify and engage the key decision-maker (economic buyer) early to speed up the deal.
